Educators. Contractors. Apprentices. The people building something real every day — I'm here to make sure their story gets told.
I did not come from a trades background, and I didn't take a traditional path into this industry. My career was built through relationships, work ethic, and learning the business from different perspectives.
That experience is a big part of why I care so deeply about helping young people understand the opportunities that exist in the skilled trades.
For the past decade, I've worked alongside general contractors, subcontractors, trade associations, and statewide workforce initiatives to build apprenticeship programs, strengthen contractor engagement, and fix broken recruiting pipelines from the inside out. Today, I serve as the Director of Growth and Field Operations at Accuwright Mechanical, where I support an incredible team committed to growing people, strengthening the field, and building what comes next.
My work has included building and operationalizing apprenticeship structures at the office, local, and federal level; leading cross-functional teams of superintendents and field leaders; designing superintendent playbooks and field integration systems; raising money for high school construction programs; launching workforce alliances that connect contractors directly to classrooms; and developing branding and communication platforms that actually reflect the field.
The work has never just been about programs. It's about changing the conversation.
Students are not always shown the full picture. Parents are not always given the right information. Schools are not always connected to jobsite reality. And the construction industry has not always told its own story well.
That is the gap I am here to fix.
Through TradeBuilt, I help construction companies, industry organizations, schools, and workforce partners align culture, communication, and career pathways with the real opportunities waiting in the field.
Because the future of construction belongs to the organizations willing to build differently.
I've been part of some of the construction industry's most important conversations around workforce development, industry branding, and what it takes to attract the next generation.
Hosted and produced an industry podcast elevating contractor voices and increasing visibility for the electrical contracting industry in the state of Georgia.
The future of the workforce is built by the people in this industry.
